The Finnish Meteorological Institute observes and studies the atmosphere, near space and seas. We produce services related to weather, sea, climate, air quality and near space.

We employ about 700 experts in various fields. Our employees are e.g. meteorologists, chemists, physicists, mathematicians, engineers, administration and ICT experts. Every year, we offer students jobs in different fields.
