Labour Court

The Labour Court is a special court that hears and tries legal disputes arising out of collective agreements and collective civil servants’ agreements. It also provides opinions to other courts of law and serves as an appellate authority for decisions issued by the Labour Council and the General Binding Force of Collective Agreements Confirmation Board. In addition to the President and the Vice-President (Labour Court Judge) the Labour Court employs referendaries and administrative personnel.
