The Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA) holds key responsibility for the implementation of government housing policy. We grant government grants, support, and guarantees related to housing and the construction of housing.
Our information service produces information on housing and the housing market. We also take part in the development of housing.
We promote socially and ecologically sustainable housing. Our goal is for everyone to have the opportunity to live in good housing.
ARA operates in modern multipurpose facilities in Lahti together with many other government agencies. We have good opportunities for remote and hybrid work. We currently employ 85 people.
