Accessibility Library Celia

Accessibility Library Celia is a state-owned special library that promotes equality in reading and learning. Celia produces and distributes audio books, braille books, and other special books and educational materials. Celia welcomes all customers who find it difficult to read regular books due to dyslexia, illness, disability or a similar reason.

Celia collaborates with libraries, schools and publishers, offering library services and information and advice on accessible publishing.

Celia employs 45 people. The job descriptions and educational backgrounds of Celia employees are diverse. Many of them work in expert positions in the library sector and accessibility, but there are some pedagogy professionals and IT experts here as well.

The values that guide our operations are equality, customer orientation, cooperation, and development.

Meaningful work to promote reading is important for the people at Celia. In addition to interesting work tasks, we offer our employees good opportunities to develop their own job and skills.
