The Valtiolle.fi service was successfully updated on June 4, 2025. As part of the update, the homepage layout has changed slightly, and the job search field and filtering views have been renewed. From now on, the search view will open in a separate window, where all search criteria are visible at once.

It is no longer possible to edit existing job alerts. If you need to change the criteria of an alert, you can create a new one and delete the old one. Job alerts are sent to your email twice a day, at approximately 06:15 and 17:15.

What else has changed?

– Updated appearance of job listings

When you hover your mouse over a job listing, it is now highlighted more clearly. The information displayed about each job has also been updated — for example, icons have been removed.
When returning to the search results from a job posting, the titles of previously viewed listings will change color, making it easier to identify which ones you’ve already read.

– Number of job openings always visible

The number of open positions is now always shown in the summary box on the left side of the job listing — even when there is only one job. Previously, the number was shown only if there were multiple openings.

– Favorite button (heart icon) fixed

The favorite button did not work for some users in certain browsers and versions. This issue has now been resolved, and the button functions normally again.

– Accessibility improvements

Changes have also been made to improve accessibility. These updates are implemented in the system background and are primarily noticeable for users of assistive technologies.
