Data Room is a unique pilot project to promote data-based decision-making. By combining the latest registry data, Data Room provides accurate and fast-paced analysis to support decision-making and to evaluate the impact of policy choices. Data Room is an independent unit of VATT and works in close collaboration with Statistics Finland and the Helsinki Graduate School of Economics. The analysis work is conducted in three theme groups: environment & energy, businesses and education, labour markets & households. The unit has been granted funding for 2023-2025 by the Ministry of Finance (Finland).
