The Service Centre for Continuous Learning and Employment, SECLE, promotes the competence development of the working-age population and the availability of skilled labour.
SECLE produces, analyses and distributes information regarding the required education and opportunities in working life, as well as finances education and training. SECLE promotes continuous learning through national and regional co-operation with both public and private actors.
SECLE operates as a separate organisational unit under the Finnish National Agency for Education. SECLE employs around 15 people, most of whom work in expert positions within for instance anticipation, financing applications and guidance services.
